Update -
All uncharged memberships from May 19, 2026 have now been charged and the Cloud9 payment gateway service is operating within normal parameters.

Monitoring -
Overnight membership charges for merchants using the TSYS / Cloud9 gateway failed because of a Cloud9 outage at 3 AM PT / 6 AM ET.
All memberships will be retried and processed, and the service has been restored. MyTime is monitoring the situation and will ensure all charges are successfully run. No action is required, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
