Delayed deposits may begin arriving as early as Wednesday, October 28th.

Investigating - TSYS/Global Payments has informed us that some, but not all, merchants have encountered funding delays due to an issue with their nightly batch job. This is unrelated to MyTime specifically but may nonetheless impact some MyTime merchants who use TSYS for processing services.
According to TSYS, some merchants may not receive their expected deposits as of today, Monday, October 26. This includes payment batches closed on Friday, October 23.
TSYS plans to run a catch-up batch job on Tuesday, October 27, meaning the earliest that affected merchants will receive delayed funds into their bank account will be Tuesday, October 27th, but this is an earliest estimate, not a guaranteed fund availability date.
We'll provide any additional updates we receive and resolve this incident once TSYS confirms their nightly batch job is functioning normally.
