Service Update – October 20, 2025
Earlier today, an Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage caused widespread disruptions across many apps and websites, including ours. The issue originated in AWS’s US East region and began around 3 a.m. ET.

AWS has since resolved the problem, and most systems are now back online. You may still see brief delays as everything fully recovers.

This outage was due to a technical issue on AWS’s end — not a cyberattack — and no data was lost. We’ll continue monitoring performance to ensure full stability.

Some processes such as membership charges may be delayed, but will run as soon as possible.
